My service team was great. Same team from when it was Mark and they always do a fantastic job. What wasn’t great was Mario, your sales person who was scouting the service room. Never happened while it was owned by Mark. I’m a 20 year customer. Not only did he try talk me into trading in, he also didn’t wear a mask, downplayed covid. spoke about religion...should I go on? More

Unbelievable that they took the Direct TV out & the coffee. Boring to stare at the walls. I’ve been coming here like 25 years & always had complimentary TV & coffee machine. I already gave a review on service I received . You need to stop if it was actually done. Maintenance that was declined and trying to change the customer for it . Aj was awesome.
