I loved his smile and sense of humor, which is very important to me in dealing with what we all think is a “stressful situation” ... the dreaded buying of a car! We worked with Al Gleichauf and finance person Jake Anderson. Al was terrific. He was enthusiastic and treated us with respect, dignity, and honesty. He was diligent and attentive to our needs and the type of car we thought we needed. We liked the no pressure atmosphere. We test drove 2 odyssey's and picked the elite. Buying was made easy with Al and Jake. We feel Al went above and beyond what was expected of him to make this a great experience. There is so much electronics on this car ..we were given a book and DVD as well as an on line site for information. Al went over the electronics with us to make us comfortable with this so we could drive home. He stated he was available to help us whenever we needed him to just call or stop by. Al is very knowledgeable allowing us to experience this buying process but there to guide us every step of the way. Jake gave us all the finance info in an easy to understand format which we appreciated. We will recommend this dealership and of course the services of Al and Jake. More

Al Gleichauf especially made the buying process easy and fun. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took time to explain all of the features very thoroughly. We were greeted by Al, and what a pleasure - right from the start! He makes things easy, and he is professional in every way. I'm really enjoying my CR-V! Then, 2 months later, we came back to Al when my husband wanted to purchase a used vehicle from Ide Dealerships. He was so very helpful with this transaction, as well as helping us with some after sale care. We cannot recommend Al highly enough! He is a great guy, and a great business person who provided the absolute best car buying experience I've had in my lifetime of car purchases (and that's quite a few years! lol. Thank you Al! We will certainly see you again when we're ready for our next vehicle. More

Pleasant, Fun, Friendly Experience. When you go to buy a car, it can be a very nervous, worrying time. My wife had bought from Ide Honda twice before and when it was time for her to get When you go to buy a car, it can be a very nervous, worrying time. My wife had bought from Ide Honda twice before and when it was time for her to get a new car, it was natural that she should chose Ide. We met Al Gleichauf when we went to look around and straight away, we were at ease with him. We told him that we were not ready to commit there and then and he said "ok, look around, I will be ready if you need to know anything" He was as good as his word. My wife decided eventually to get a CRV and everything went smoothly. Al was always available, even on his day off, we were able to text him and get any question that we had answered. Fast forward a couple of months and I was looking to get an SUV. Naturally Al was the man we went to see. Although I bought a Mazda CX5, we wanted to deal with Al, simply because we trusted him. true to form, he made everything go smoothly. even when I was probably pestering him more than I should have. I cannot speak too highly of Al Gleichauf. He was a pleasure to work with. We laughed, joked, shared stories and by the time we picked up my car, it was like we were meeting and old and dear friend. That is how I feel about Al. A good salesman Yes, but an even nicer man. Thank you for a great buying experience. More
