The service team is superb. When my car wasn't going to be ready at the end of the day, they reserved a loaner car for me to make my transportation needs easier the next day. I really enjoyed working with everyone at Sears Imported especially John. I love my Mercedes SUV. I would recommend them to everyone and have. I had a great experience at Sears! Brian was a wonderful salesman, and he helped me find the car that was right for me. Kelly was kind and easy to work with in finance, and each person that I worked with in salesman, and he helped me find the car that was right for me. Kelly was kind and easy to work with in finance, and each person that I worked with in the service department was so personal and accommodating. I came back to pick up my car the day after it was serviced, and the team remembered my name without me having to introduce myself. I was impressed! More
