I have been pleasantly surprised by the people in the service department, no matter who I have worked with. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I am welcomed as soon as I walk through the doors. The turnaround to get me back on the road in a loaner vehicle is quick, yet thorough. I really like that I can book my appointments online at my convenience as well.

I purchased a 2005 audi A4 in 2005.I was given great service purchasing this vehicle.Al Rizzo is the best!!! He goes above and beyond making each service experience great .His promptness and keeping me up to date on the progress of my car during each service trip.He is friendly and knowledgeable.

I just purchased a 2011 Audi A4 since my 2005 audi needed alot of repairs.My salesman Tony Townsend was great and knew just what I was looking for.When he brought the car to me in Flagstaff he very thourghly went over everything the car has to offer.He was very friendly and very patient.

I appreciate North Scottsdale Audi's service.I must add a deciding factor was the past wonderful service rep Al Rizzo since he makes it a pleasure to continue doing business at this dealership.

Audi North Scottsdale offers very friendly, convenient , fast, quality service. They have a great waiting area and always try to accomodate my needs. I can get a cup of coffee and watch the news if I want to wait. They always offer a loaner or a rental car if I need one. What more could you ask for?

Al Rizzo is always upbeat and personal in his service delivery, asking about our family and bending over backwards to offer any other assistance needed. He telephones back to us in the time he stated and at our last visit informed us that our warranty still covered one of the parts needed on our vehicle which required a few more days for the part to be delivered. He made certain that we had a loaner vehicle for those days. We had a coupon for brake service about which I called him and he had the order written up to reflect this discount at the time I picked our Audi up.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Since we moved from New York City 6 years ago to Scottsdale, Al Rizzo has handled all of my service needs impeccably and does a better job than any service representative I ever dealt with. I feel so comfortable with Al handling my service needs that I am in the process of purchasing a new Audi from the North Scottsdale Audi Dealership knowing that Al will be there for all my future service needs.
With Al's direction I have been lead to the right person at North Scottsdale Audi to handle any other needs that I might have. The dealership responds to any questions that I may have that are not service related, so overall North Scottsdale Audi is one stop shopping for me. Doray

Doing what you say when you say your going to do it, is good customer service. Adding a relaxed, professional atmosphere makes it great! Since moving back to Arizona 3 years ago, Service Advisor Al Rizzo has constantly delivered great customer service. Our A4 maintenance has always been completed on time and delivered spotless.
