I initially saw the vehicle ultimatly purchased on the internet. I made an inquiry over the internet and received a very quick response from Mr. Bondi. Based on that response I visited the dealership an internet. I made an inquiry over the internet and received a very quick response from Mr. Bondi. Based on that response I visited the dealership and ultimatly was introduced to Mr. Stern. Mr. Stern accompanied me on the test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle. There were a couple of items I wanted to have taken care of and Mr. Stern indicated it would be done. Several days later when I went in to pick up the vehicle all item that were to be take care were indeed done. After completing all the purchase paperwork Mr. Stern walked me through how various features worked on the phone such as pairing my phone, On-Call set up etc. All in all Mr. Stern did an excellent job and I would recomend him as a salesperson to see at Jennings Chevrolet. More

This was the first experience buying from this dealership and I found everyone very friendly, helpful, and professional including Dion Fain, Alan Stern, Nikki Adams, Davis DeTreville and Collin the detailer and I found everyone very friendly, helpful, and professional including Dion Fain, Alan Stern, Nikki Adams, Davis DeTreville and Collin the detailer who worked on my new Traverse. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. The price I received for my new Traverse was excellent with GM factory incentives, GM Card Rewards, and a fair trade value for my 2004 Trailblazer. Dion Fain went beyond to find the exact vehicle options at the last minute prior to the incentives expiring. Dion was exceptional to work with. Alain Biodi kept me informed of the latest details of the vehicles I asked about since January and he was my first contact with Jennings. Alain was persistent and timely. Alan Stern and Nikki Adams were very informative, very personable, very patient, and answered all my questions on several different test drives and on the showroom floor. Davis DeTreville dotted all the i's and t's on my contract with efficiency at the latest hour. And lastly Collin the detailer finished his excellent work with a final front window wipe and a comment with a smile "oops I missed a spot" as I was entering the Traverse to drive home at 11 pm. More

More

From the salesperson through to the Finance department they were wonderful. I had gone to 2 other dealerships trying to get a car loan and Jennings made it happen.
