I've grown accustomed to Shottenkirk's outstanding
service. I also like that they do not try to add more services to what is planned. If they discover something that might need attention, they clearly

For instance, prior to my last visit they provided insight on the status of rotors and brake pads but also said it wasn't an immediate need. On this last visit, we got the break job done as their analysis was "spot-on" as we could tell the brakes needed attention.
