My salesman, Michael Bianco, was super kind and patient while I was deciding which vehicle to purchase. I knew what I wanted as soon as I laid eyes on it in the showroom so it wasn’t a difficult deal. Howe while I was deciding which vehicle to purchase. That didn’t worry or intimidate Michael (or Alan who put my finance paperwork together). Delivery process was smooth yet personal, which I appreciated. This is my third Mercedes and I can honestly say after owning a couple of BMW’s, I’m beyond thrilled to be back! There is truly nothing like a Benz. Thank you again to Michael and the team! More

What a pleasant surprise! We went to look for a car during the shortage and we found the perfect vehicle for my wife as there were very few new cars available. Totally mislead and ripped off. Was sold a car that was supposed to be new but this was hardly the case. I started to suspect foul play and my suspicions were substantiated. After bringing the car to sever supposed to be new but this was hardly the case. I started to suspect foul play and my suspicions were substantiated. After bringing the car to several body shops it was determined by all of them that the left rear of the car had been repaired and repainted, but of course this was never divulged to me. Other tell tale signs became evident. The whole process of buying the car was utterly ridiculous. On the day of delivery the car had not been cleaned inside or out. It was only after I refused delivery did they clean it up a tiny bit. Of course there were intentional mistakes on the contract that they hoped I did not catch. Dealership acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase a car there. The "new car" was missing a part and after I caught them in several lies it was finally installed.This is clearly the biggest mistake I ever made. I wish I could see the look on the dealership manager's face when he gets served the subpeona. More

I contacted Mercedes of Rockville Centre regarding the placement of a G Wagon Order and Alan got back to me right away and helped me in any way possible. 4 months and the car was made and I got to pick it placement of a G Wagon Order and Alan got back to me right away and helped me in any way possible. 4 months and the car was made and I got to pick it up.
