From the moment I arrived, Albert was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the service process, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication was prompt and transparent, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Albert’s attention to detail, honesty, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a high level of customer care. Thanks to him, I felt confident that my vehicle was in excellent hands. Also, I want to recognize Stiljan, the service mechanic that worked on my car for his professional expertise and dedication. Mercedes-Benz of Boston is fortunate to have Albert on their team. On November 18, while driving, the light came out on my dashboard indicating that something was wrong with back left tire. I immediately decided to go to the dealership. He’s attentive, communicative, transparent, trustworthy, HONEST and very helpful every single time I need service for my car (which has been a lot mo He’s attentive, communicative, transparent, trustworthy, HONEST and very helpful every single time I need service for my car (which has been a lot more than I would have liked in the past year) but because of him I won’t bring my car anywhere else even if that means I have to wait for availability. Schneider was also amazing and easy to work with in Ryan’s absence. The service manager Albert was so kind & accommodating for me in a tough situation - I used to sell Mercedes and also worked for Herb for a number of years (so my expectations are high) and this service team exemplifies what service for a Mercedes Benz should look and feel like. Down to the valet guys & the manager Adilson are honestly a pleasure to work with. The ladies at checkout. Everyone is delightful, they make what usually is a stressful visit feel like a breeze. Well done, I love my service team. More
