My salesman, Albert Nkansa was very attentive, he addressed all of my concerns and provided thoughtful insight to my questions. I definitely would suggest this dealership and especially ask for my salesman.

This is the second time I do a deal with Albert Nkansa. He made things extraordinarily easy for me. The original car I purchased suffered from a technical issue (a seal from the gas tank failed and the interior of the car smelled like gasoline very bad) the guys at the dealer did a good job getting me into a new car. Albert promise me that he was going to help me, and he truly did. I meet with Albert, he noticed I didn't have a lot of time so he proposed that I leave and do the things I needed to take care of, while he make sure my new car was ready, then he personally delivered the car to my office with all the paperwork included. It was already late during the day but he still offered to go over the car and explain some of the new features of the model. To make things even better, few minutes after He left my office, Albert called to my cell to make sure I was comfortable with the car.
That is great service and customer attention.
My experience with Albert has been nothing but great. He delivered what he promised in a very professional manner.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Bell Audi in Edison. In November of 2009 I purchased my 2010 Ibis white Audi S5 and in September 2012, a Panther black 2013 Rs5 from Albert at Bell Audi. Although there are closer Audi dealerships to where I leave, I’ve always been treated with service that exceeds my expectations which keeps me coming back. Everyone from the valet service to the personal service advisors to the general manager have always been courteous and extremely helpful. Albert, who was my salesman, went above and beyond to assist me with any questions that I had and even delivered the vehicle personally to my home. I look forward to working with Bell Audi again when it’s time to move into the R8 ! !

If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, you MUST go to Bell Audi & ABSOLUTELY have to meet with Albert! Not only is Albert extremely friendsly and personable, he is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. What I liked most about Albert is that he is NOT your typical "pushy" car salesperson, but he is acyually caring about your needs, wants and price points. He works diligently and smartly to attempt to get the deal done to make everyone happy and at the end of the process, hopefuuly get you into the car that you wanted at a price point that is fair to both sides. I have now purchased two vehicles from Bell Audi and Albert and both experiences far outweighed my expectations! Lastly, if your concern is communication and reaching Albert, you have no worries. He is not only available on the phone, but also will work with you via text or email if that is more convenient. I will repeat it, if you are looking for an Audi, do not waste your time anywhere else, Bell Audi & Albert is where you need to be!!!!

I typically dread the process of shopping for a new car, but Albert Nkansa made it a very pleasant experience. From the moment I sent him an email to inquire about looking for a new A4, he was accommodating and friendly. He listened to my needs, took the time to explain all the features of the A4 and most importantly didn’t rush or pressure me throughout the entire process. If your looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, listens to your needs and isn’t a fast-talking high-pressure salesman, then I would highly recommend Albert. I know the next time I’m in the market for a new car I will definitely give him a call.

It was a great experience shopping at Bell Audi...Friendly people...My sales guy Albert was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me including driving with me to my house to set up my garage opener.

Albert gave us a great experience. He was approachable and easy to talk to. He made the whole processes of purchasing our Audi as easy as possible and did what he could to give

We visited 3 other Audi dealers in the local area and the first engagement with Bell Audi was a breath of fresh air. Albert was absolutely fantastic, he had such a deep knowledge of the cars and was wonderful to work with. He was consistent and followed through on all elements making the process much much smoother.
Not only did we get a great car we got a great dealer experience.
