The sales department at this dealership is great. Service department unfortunately is HORRIBLE! Our service advisor never answered his phone for starters. We have a 2024 vehicle that had a sensor go Service department unfortunately is HORRIBLE! Our service advisor never answered his phone for starters. We have a 2024 vehicle that had a sensor go out. It’s been there 8 days so far with no end in sight. It’s a BRAND NEW car! How hard could this be? I finally spoke to a manager( 3 previous unreturned voicemails) and he offered to find me a loaner. In my opinion I should have had one from the beginning! Our adviser offered me a deal at enterprise for $44 a day. It’s a brand new car! Why should I spend $360+ dollars to date for a car that should be a comp in my opinion. Maybe they would like to pay the prorated daily rate of my car payment since I can’t drive it. It’s a sad day when a business as big as B&M can’t provide good customer service. I’m ready to trade the stupid car in at Sewell. They supposedly offer 5 star service. More
