Excellent return experience I had the pleasure of meeting with Alex Gonzalez this afternoon and I must say the experience was excellent! Off the bat, I disclosed to Alex that I I had the pleasure of meeting with Alex Gonzalez this afternoon and I must say the experience was excellent! Off the bat, I disclosed to Alex that I had not been to this dealer in over 7 years, since purchasing a '91 NSX from them, due to a bad experience with another employee that used to work there. Long story short, I felt Alex went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, comfortable, and treated me with the utmost respect and attention. He took me out to test drive a 2019 NSX while my car was reviewed for a quote. He showcased deep knowledge of not only the NSX, but other performance cars, as well. Simply put, Alex was awesome. He was personable, not overbearing, and just plain friendly. If you've been to enough dealers, you know that's not always the case. I can't speak for the rest of the sales reps at this dealership, but if they're anything like Alex, they're on their way to getting me back as a customer. More
