We worked with Alex Jistel and he was very courteous helpful and patient. Although Capitol Ford did not have any hybrids for us to look at one the lot Alex located several at other dealerships and showe helpful and patient. Although Capitol Ford did not have any hybrids for us to look at one the lot Alex located several at other dealerships and showed them to us on the computer. The car we wanted arrived the next day and we test drove liked it and bought it. The transaction went very well despite having some difficulty unfreezing several of the credit companies. One thing that could have been mentioned concerned the procedure for removing our old license plates and when they get turned in to the dmv. Nevertheless all in all it was a very good experience. More
