Capital Ford of Wilmington 390,000 views on a YouTube that describes how your employees at Carolina Collision stole my car and your refusal to sit at the table of reason to discuss my loss and the part y that describes how your employees at Carolina Collision stole my car and your refusal to sit at the table of reason to discuss my loss and the part your company played by negligence, lack of security, incompetence and hinderance/delay of police investigation. I was silent and discreet about what happened for 3 months in hopes that you would continue to provide excellent customer service as in the past. But the Owner's son Josh seemed to become a little abrasive and stated Capital Ford's insurance company made a deal with my finance company to pay the fair market value of the car which still leaves me upside-down and owing over $2000. So, is it fair that You steal My car that was modified and that I made over $20,000 in monthly payments on and then I still owe $2000+? Where is the justice? Justice will eventually come. The question is this: Capital Ford, are you willing to allow this to continue to play out in the court of public appeal and allow your public reputation to be negatively impacted? Or would you rather it to stop by sitting at the table or reason? The choice is yours. Looking at the Way things are trending, I am in no rush. This may be a great story for Frances Weller of WECT News to look into. FORMAL PUBLIC COMPLAINT Capital Ford, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Capital Ford and its Carolina Collision Division regarding the theft of my 2021 Mustang GT from your property. The incident occurred between Monday, November 27th, and early Tuesday morning, around 4:30 am. I assert that the circumstances surrounding the theft strongly suggest that it was an inside job facilitated by an employee of Capital Ford. The evident criminal negligence and the subsequent hindrance of the investigation are deeply concerning. It is particularly alarming that Capital Ford failed to report the theft or the disappearance of my vehicle for three days after its discovery missing. Several critical facts surrounding the incident support my claims: 1. *Lack of Security Measures*: My vehicle was left parked out front, rather than in a secure area inside or behind a gate, making it vulnerable to theft. 2. *Delayed Reporting*: Capital Ford did not report the theft or missing vehicle until three days after it was discovered missing, which hindered the investigation and recovery efforts. 3. *Professional Master Reset*: At 4:00 am on Tuesday morning, there was a professional master reset of the car's computer and modem tracking system, raising suspicions of deliberate tampering to hinder tracking efforts. 4. *Absence of Surveillance Evidence*: Despite the presence of security cameras and potential GPS tracking, there is a conspicuous absence of video evidence or tracking data pertaining to the theft. 5. *Inadequate Parking Arrangements*: According to a service employee, my vehicle was parked illegally in a handicapped space, approximately 10-15 feet away from the front door. Leaving the vehicle in such a position without proper security measures in place raises questions about the handling of customer vehicles and the lack of foresight regarding potential risks. The circumstances strongly suggest complicity or, at the very least, gross negligence on the part of Capital Ford and its Carolina Collision Center. The lack of proactive measures to safeguard customer vehicles and the subsequent mishandling of the situation are deeply troubling. In light of the gravity of the situation, I will request that the appropriate authorities thoroughly investigate this matter. Should the Magistrate find sufficient evidence to pursue this case in criminal court, I will implore them to proceed accordingly with the full power of the law. Alternatively, if the courts determine that this matter falls within the purview of civil litigation, myself and my legal representation are fully prepared to file a civil suit against Capital Ford More

I live just outside of Charlotte, NC and was blown away by the outstanding service and ease in purchasing my new F-150 from Capital Ford of Wilmington, NC. The Sales Manager, Nathen Martin, was phenomenal to work with, and all the way to the Finance/Warranty Department with Taylor Bullard. They made sure that "I" was comfortable with my choice of purchase, and not what "they" wanted to put me in. They are even delivering it to me!! Just WOW!!! Customer for LIFE!!! More

The moment we drove into the lot we met a young man named Hunter. He was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked through showing us many different models along with the features. At the tim Hunter. He was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He worked through showing us many different models along with the features. At the time we had only thought about trading our Jeep in but after meeting with Nathan, we were at ease that we definitely wanted to work with this dealership. We left to consider what we thought would fit our needs and Hunter was kind enough to correspond via text that evening with any questions we had. Turns out during those texts he really helped us narrow down what was most important to us to make an educated decision. In the morning, Hunter and Nathan had all paperwork together. From there we met with Evan in financing, and let me tell you was a very fun and pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Capital City Ford to anyone looking for a positive experience. More

Dealer was easy to work with. We found the Bronco online and the buying experience went very smooth for the most part. The only part that I was disappointed/ dissatisfied was the window tint the dealer had done. When you spend this amount of money, you expect little things like this to be correct. I’ve got to pay to have the tint removed and redone. A customer shouldn’t have to pay more money after the sale the fix a problem the dealer should have taken care of in the first place. When I brought it to the salesman’s attention, he just kinda shrugged it off. More
