Cannot say enough good things about Alex. He was great! I found the person who did the financing piece to be rude and unprofessional. He would not cover his nose with his mask. Unacceptable. Because I bought the vehicle at night I did not notice that paint was peeling from the car. I immediately contacted Kelly Nissan and they said to bring the vehicle down and they would take a look at it and see what can be done. I am bringing my car down tomorrow so I can't say if they were able to fix it but the process of buying a car was very positive. More
