When you stop in to Walter's Automotive for service on your Mercedes-Benz you may have met Alex. He is one of our talented pool of service advisors that are here to make sure your car is serviced correctly, efficiently and to your satisfaction. He is also Master Certified for Mercedes-Benz. Alex stays very busy here at work so when he gets time off he spends it having fun typically hiking, shooting, riding motorcycles and driving cars. He is also a sports guy and follows the Kings, Yankees and Celtics. Give him a Mercedes-Benz to enjoy on his day off and he would choose a SL65 AMG Black Series. Alex Ramirez is the best- he goes beyond helpfulness and amazing service. The issue is the rest of the staff working behind the counter Alex was not there that day when I went to pick up my car- 30 minutes amazing service. The issue is the rest of the staff working behind the counter Alex was not there that day when I went to pick up my car- 30 minutes later after I paid my car was nowhere to be found. Neither the cashier nor a few posters could find my key. Long story short-waited over 60 minutes to be able to get my car. I keep on getting the service here because of the service I get fromthis one single advisor- Alex, have had cars from Walters Mercedes AND Porsche and I can honestly say, the staff training. service and caring keep on going downhill. Their attitudes are poor, are more concerned about being on social media or just chatting with coworkers, while they see a customer waiting and waiting I would recommend service if the service advisor is Alex and to make sure to call and see if he is there before picking up your car. In the past, I have had no issues BECAUSE after I paid Alex, my car was given to me within 5 minutes. The rest of the staff (not the advisors) are lost and truly don't care . More

Had an amazing experience here, I actually have a dealer closer to me, but the service provided by Alex was WAY more personal and fast, I drove an extra 45min to work with them instead. I plan on getting an closer to me, but the service provided by Alex was WAY more personal and fast, I drove an extra 45min to work with them instead. I plan on getting another car next year, and I will definitely be coming here. I'm not sure if everyone here is like Alex, but it sure felt like it. Highly recommended, if you're not crazy far, I recommend going out of your way to come to this place instead. Alex Ramirez in service can lead you in the right direction. More
