Customer Service -was big change, other dearlerships did not make us feel like we were important. The team at Nissan Fontana did make us feel important Alex who talked to us on comming in and gave us inform not make us feel like we were important. Nestor who took time to show us cars and explaine in detail the cars features Barry who was very professional. Freindliness- Alex, Nestor, Barry great personalities, very nice to talk with without feeling you are asking wrong questions. Over all work- was great went smooth. Overall expierence- Can not say it once Very Happy with the whole expierence. Price- was good. To be expected. No suprises. Pretty much What was to be expected. Yes we would recommend this dealership to family and friends anytime. More

We were looking for a Pathfinder and I went online to get online quotes from 5 different Nissan dealers. Although I received responses from all of then no one would give me a price on the vehicle we were lo online quotes from 5 different Nissan dealers. Although I received responses from all of then no one would give me a price on the vehicle we were looking for except for Fontana Nissan. We decided that if they were willing to quote a price, we would be willing to test drive the car. Everyone was very friendly and we received great service, from walking into the door until the last signature of financing. They worked with us and was willing to let us test drive what we wanted and ended up buying a Quest which we really like. It ended up to be a better choice for us than the Pathfinder we were thinking of buying. I would definitely recommend Fontana Nissan as the place to go. They let us really figure out what we want without any pressure. I will be sure to pass their name along. More

I came to Fontana Nissan based on the great reviews of I came to Fontana Nissan based on the great reviews of this dealership which I read online.After being there myself I can honestly see why they had s I came to Fontana Nissan based on the great reviews of this dealership which I read online.After being there myself I can honestly see why they had such a high rating.From the moment I walked in,I was greeted by a very friendly staff.Leon and Alex were very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure the experience was a positive one for me.I didn't leave with a vehicle today,as they are working with me on a fair trade in on my RV, if I don't sell it private party myself first. If I should sell my RV myself for a cash deal, I will definitely go back to buy my next vehicle here. Their friendly, sincere, no haggling service and there warranties they offer, far surpass any other dealer around! More

Alex Ramos was great to work with. Up front with a competitive price. Alex set up the purchase and shipping across the entire country! First let me say this was the second Nissan Dealership I went to, the first was Quality Nissan in Temecula and they got a Very Unsatisfactory Review. Now for Fontana Nissan. After my experience with Qua went to, the first was Quality Nissan in Temecula and they got a Very Unsatisfactory Review. Now for Fontana Nissan. After my experience with Quality Nissan I was not going to show for my appointment at Fontana Nissan because I was so upset by the experience on 12/28, but my daughter convinced me to just go and I have to say I am very glad that I did, not only did Fontana Nissan out price Quality Nissan by over 3,000 dollars they also out classed them which was priceless. First let me say that I was not in the best of moods when I arrived at the dealership and I probably was not the friendliest person when I first arrived as I was braced myself for what I thought was going to be a battle. 1. My first encounter with Fontana was Alex Ramos, Fleet and Internet Director, whom I had communications with prior to my visit and the first person that I spoke to after arriving at the dealership, he continued to keep in contact with me throught my time there. 2. Jose Bustamante, Sales Consultant, was next and he stayed with me for my entire time at the location, he took me to see the car I wanted, he wanted me to take a test drive but I declined as I had already test drove the same car at Quality Nissan so I did not need to test drive this vehicle but he did try to get me to drive this car. I'm sure it was a bit uncomfortable for Jose as I did not talk to him much because I was not in a good mood when I first arrived. Jose kept trying and didn't let my bad mood deter him and I really appreciated that. 3. Barry Pugh, Assistant Sales Manager, I informed Barry when he first sat down with me that I didn't want to seem rude or be a xxxxx, and yes I did use those exact words, I told him that I had no money to put down and that I realized I was upside down on my trade in. He presented an offer which I did not want, I told him he needed to contact my Credit Union with whom I already had preapproved funding he said he would call them but that he did not think they would fund the car since the amount would be over what the car was worth, he called them and they told him they would fund the car for the amount quoted. 4. Frank Bachman, General Manager, I had walked out to my trade-in to remove my CD's and License Plate frame and that is when I met Frank who congradulated me on my purchase and handed me his business card and told me that if I had any problems at all to call him directly. I thanked him and thought that would be the end of it but unfortunately I had to call him on 1/4 because I was missing the antenna but it was dark when I left the dealership and I didn't even notice it until a week later. I called Frank Bachman and he said he would send me UPS the antenna and a self addressed stamped envelop so that I can send him back the registration sticker for the car I traded in, he did not need to do that but I appreciated it. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle and I would recommend Fontana Nissan to everybody I know. I would really like to say thank you to the entire staff at Fontana Nissan but especially to the 4 people I had direct dealing with, Alex Ramos, Jose Bustamante, Barry Pugh and Frank Bachman. More

I first called Fontana Nissan on a new 2011 Xtrra that was advertised on the Internet, I spoke to Alex Ramos whom was very knowledgable on all my questions I had concerning the auto. When arriving at Fontana Nissan we met Alex whom was very nice. Bill Colt took over with all the other details involved in buying the auto. He also knew all about the Xterra and did everything he could possibly do to help us. Everyone we worked with was exceptional at Fontana Nissan! More

Great Service! I went their knowing what I wanted and was present with a no hassle price that no other dealer could match. Car buying should be like purchasing any other consumer product in that, here's was present with a no hassle price that no other dealer could match. Car buying should be like purchasing any other consumer product in that, here's the product, here's the price. No ridiculous huge sticker price nonsense will be found at Fontana Nissan. If I had anything bad to say at all it would be that getting approved and going through finance took 3 hours. It takes about 20 seconds to get approved online so you know my info was just sitting around waiting and clearly finance dropped the ball. However, none of that has anything to do with the deal I got on my truck so if waiting is the worst you'll find there then head on down there today! More
