This dealership has been the best out of the 6 I have been to with the problems I have had with my truck. We ordered a new 2019 F150 for around 70k and it has stayed in the shop I have 4 other ford truc been to with the problems I have had with my truck. We ordered a new 2019 F150 for around 70k and it has stayed in the shop I have 4 other ford trucks but this is the only one I have ever ordered new ☹️ it is my daily driver and this has been devastating it has been In and out of the shop so much since I got it (about 10+ months total) but canton ford is the only one who actually cared and they fixed the front end problem now it doesn’t shake while driving on the freeway. Feels like I just got a lemon but at least they care that I bought a ford and want to help Me out! 100% Recommend canton ford and I have been to a few others so I can say they are ok 👍🏼 More

Had my car inspection completed there. Very considerate personal. Was told I would have a 30 minute wait time. No problem. Mechanic was able to take back quicker than that. The Service Department is the best. I had a flapping sound under my car on the highway, pulled in the the lot and looked under the car. Within 30 seconds a tech, Justin, came out to ch I had a flapping sound under my car on the highway, pulled in the the lot and looked under the car. Within 30 seconds a tech, Justin, came out to check on us. Told him the problem, he jumped in the car and drove. He heard the sound, brought the car back and he said they would fix it. Alex took my info and we were off to lunch to meet the in-laws. 30 minutes later got a call that it was fixed! That is the best Dealer Shop service I’ve had. Great job! More

We were from out of town and had a problem with our vehicle. Your service man got right on it and diagnosed the problem. We brought it in the next day and they repaired it.
