Advisor I worked with, Norbert or Norman, really made for a bad experience. Intake took absolutely forever, as he was unable to find my appointment at first, asked for my phone # three times, asked over and a bad experience. Intake took absolutely forever, as he was unable to find my appointment at first, asked for my phone # three times, asked over and over again if I wanted this part of the service appointment or that (like replacing air filter, which he even had to admit was a standard part of service) and he tried to play it off as him asking because many BMW owners couldn't actually afford the cost of service. Even during intake, he frequently had to escalate his questions to Alex. Then he never notified me when my car was ready, causing me to waste hours and hours waiting until I just ended up going into the office and asking other people to check for me on his car. More

This dealership has the most incredible staff! !! Everyone was so nice!!! Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond t !! Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to explain every detail to me perfectly so that there would be no doubt at all when I purchased my brand new BMW he was a joy to work with. I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!! I brought my car in for routine oil change, but they returned the car with a cracked windshield. Further I asked 2x to make sure my car was washed which they confirmed 2x, but then when I went to pick u returned the car with a cracked windshield. Further I asked 2x to make sure my car was washed which they confirmed 2x, but then when I went to pick up the car it was not washed. They did not notify me about the cracked windshield and instead I had to point it out even though it was clearly visible as it stretched across the drivers side windshield. They argued with me about liability even though the car was spotless when I brought it in. At first they said it would be over a week before they had an appointment time to fix it. I asked that they order all the parts so that I could have my car back immediately. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and they told me it would be done on Thursday afternoon. Come Thursday they said Friday then come Friday they said Monday. It ended up taking them an entire week and then when they returned it, the windshield was scratched. Terrible communication throughout! I wouldn’t recommend this BMW to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional, rude, and don’t know what they are doing. Save yourself and don’t bring in your car here to service. Go to Beverly Hills BMW, they are outstanding! This place is disappointment every time I’ve ever been. More
