I purchased a used vehicle from Universal Nissan on July 19, and this has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. The buying process was extremely rushed and overwhelming. I felt pressured throughout the sale and was led to believe I was receiving a specific deal that never actually happened. I also wasn’t allowed to properly test drive the car on the highway, which limited my ability to notice the issues that became apparent almost immediately after purchase. Just two hours after leaving the lot, I had to return because the car felt wobbly and unstable. I was told it was just tire pressure and to “get used to it.” Over the following months, I brought the vehicle back multiple times for the same problem—wobbling, vibrations during acceleration, and instability—yet the issue has never been resolved. The car has been in the shop repeatedly, with temporary or unrelated fixes, but no real solution. What has made this experience even worse is the lack of communication and accountability. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with a sales manager. I have called multiple times, left messages, and have been told repeatedly that someone would call me back—which never happens. My concerns have consistently been dismissed, and at one point I was even made to feel like I was “asking too much” for a used car. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed. I’m not asking for a trade or anything unreasonable—I just want my car properly fixed. Unfortunately, no one has truly taken ownership of the issue or followed through. I would strongly caution others to be careful when purchasing here, especially if you expect transparency, follow-up, or post-sale support. More

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last 5 years, mostly due to the honesty and leadership from this dealership. I actually live 20 minutes from a dealership but never received the promptnes 5 years, mostly due to the honesty and leadership from this dealership. From maintenance to salesmanship and everyone else that works there you’re made to feel at home. All work received was done in a professional and timely manner, and appointments are readily accessible when I need them. I feel like family when I’m there and definitely well respected. More
