Your response on google does not address the core issues nor does it address my complaint. I reported instability and wobbling the same day of purchase, less than two hours after leaving the lot. These concerns were documented, on camera, and communicated directly to my sales advisor. This issue did not develop over time. I returned the vehicle multiple times for the same safety concern and was repeatedly reassured that the car was safe to drive. If all four rims were bent at the time of diagnosis, this raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the prior inspections and reassurances I was given. I also have documented communication with the General Manager stating that the dealership would repair my vehicle out of pocket if I removed my review. That condition alone is concerning, especially given that the issue was reported immediately after purchase and consistently thereafter. I was instructed to bring the vehicle in specifically to be evaluated by a master technician, only to then be told there was “nothing that could be done.” Being told that my lack of trust was “my own problem” is not professional communication by any standard. After my most recent visit on 12/15/25, the vehicle was returned to me driving worse than before, and my keychain was returned broken. Neither of these issues were acknowledged in your response. This experience is not about warranty expectations — it is about ongoing safety concerns being minimized, inconsistent messaging from management, and unprofessional handling of a serious issue. Your response further reinforces why I would not recommend Universal Nissan.
