I've been bringing my family's 3 vehicles to Alek Vecerkovic for over 5 years and I cannot say enough about the qualify of customer service I always get from Alek. He has shown time & time again that he's willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs. whether it is making sure my cars are ready on time to setting me up for a tow truck when I broke down once and needed my car towed to the dealer. I realize the quality of service at any dealership begins and ends with the service advisor and I trust Alek so much that I bring him my GMC & Toyota makes for my other 2 cars not just my Ford Taurus. I highly recommend Bozard Ford Lincoln for any service to any make as their rates are reasonable and the quality of customer service is unmatched and I've never had any issues with the qualify of the repairs on my 3 cars. I will continue to bring all of my family's cars to Alek at Bozard Ford and I'm so impressed with how much he cares to help me out anyway he can that I'm considering buying my next car from this dealership as I believe this company has earned my business and loyalty. I have the opportunity to work with Alex and Crystal on a daily basis, and today was no exception when I say that their service is always first rate. I was continually consulted with on the diagnosis of our vehicle and then provided with various parts and price options. It feels strage bringing non-Ford vehicles to a Ford dealership, but after the service I have received previously from Alek on my Focus, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. He is always friendly dealership, but after the service I have received previously from Alek on my Focus, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. He is always friendly and patient, willing to explain what the car needs, and what my options are. Other service centers have rushed me through, or tried to sell me things I didn't need. I never feel that way when working with Alek. When I leave, I feel well taken care of, and confident in the work that was done. His communication is timely and precise, and he is very knowledgable about every aspect of the process. I drive past another Ford dealership that is 3 miles from my home, in order to bring the cars to Alex 30 miles away. I recommend Alek to all of my friends and family in the area, and will continue to bring my vehicles to him for many years to come. More

My car wouldn't start and I had to call AAA. After several attempts, it finally started. It was recommended to bring the car directly to Bozard which I did. Alex Vecerkovic was very friendly and ext several attempts, it finally started. It was recommended to bring the car directly to Bozard which I did. Alex Vecerkovic was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had to leave car overnight and he helped me the rental car. He followed up with status later that afternoon and said car would be ready next day. I was surprised that it was, in fact, ready by noon the next day. This was not a scheduled service call and I had not been to this dealer before having just moved to the area. I was very impressed how with how professional and friendly Alex was. More
