My husband and I came to Lexus of Pembroke Pines almost a year prior to look at a few SUV options for the family. We came a little late in the evening, not knowing when the dealership was going to close for year prior to look at a few SUV options for the family. We came a little late in the evening, not knowing when the dealership was going to close for the night. As I entered the lobby, I can tell that no one wanted to service me as it was almost time to "clock out". I felt the energy in the room and it wasn't a great feeling, but I can definitely understand that everyone wanted to go home. But Lo and Behold, Alex Whitmon. He came with a smile and went upstairs to show us all the SUVs that Lexus had to offer. To make a long story short, I had forgotten Alexs' name, but described him enough that they knew exactly who I spoke of. I told them that I did NOT want to work with anyone except THIS man. We made the appointment back in October/November and I purchased the Lexus TX 2024 in December. Alex is a great man of great character. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew this car inside and out. I am amazed at how he continually treated my husband and I, keeping us updated consistently while we waited for our cars' delivery and how kind and graceful he is. We will never forget Alex Whitmon, for he is a great example that EVERYONE (especially salesmen/saleswomen) should look up to. Thank you Alex! More
