They did some work on my truck and when i picked it up, the truck had a loud tick. Ended up that the tech replaced sparkplug and never connected the spark plug wire on 2 cylinders the truck had a loud tick. Never have recall parts in stock The waiting time to change oil it’s an hour And after driving off from the spot, they parked my car went back to ask a question and I’ve noticed a big spots of oil on change oil it’s an hour And after driving off from the spot, they parked my car went back to ask a question and I’ve noticed a big spots of oil on the ground did let them know. They took my car back on the rack and told me that they didn’t clean up right after the oil change. I don’t believe that. It took them good 10 minutes to bring my car back Hope they did the oil change correctly. Now I am wondering if I didn’t have to go back and ask a question and didn’t see the spot of oil on the ground. Will my car be okay I did take some pictures just in case I have I don’t have to go through any further problems with my car The only reason I’m going to the dealer because I bought the car at the dealer and I wanna keep my warranty going. More

So disappointed in Tirapelli Ford. Dropped off car because brakes dangerously spongy. Dealership ran “diagnostic” then removed and replaced 1 year old brakes. Nine days and $1k later Dropped off car because brakes dangerously spongy. Dealership ran “diagnostic” then removed and replaced 1 year old brakes. Nine days and $1k later, I picked up car. Brakes still spongy with slow response time. The dealer report on services performed even notes that brakes are still soft. Seems like dealer mechanics couldn’t diagnose problem so they charged me for brakes that didn’t correct anything. I called national Ford hotline and they recommended a list of possible root causes of problem and recommended dealer perform another diagnostic. Don’t know if I can trust Tirapelli to make my car safe. More
