Our experience with Precision was so smooth from start to finish. I responded to a inquiry about a car I saw online. I received a text from Nicole and we continued to text until we agreed on a price withou finish. I responded to a inquiry about a car I saw online. I received a text from Nicole and we continued to text until we agreed on a price without any pressure. We drove 75 miles from New York to see the car. Vince worked with us and he was outstanding. We were disappointed because the car had some scapes on it. Vince spoke to Alan in management and they assured us that every mark would be taken care of which it was. Vince sent us a video of the car before we drove down. The car looked great in person. We met with Mike in Finance who could not have been any nicer. We are very happy with our purchase and only have good things to say about Precision. It was so worth the drive there to have such a stress free experience unlike most car purchases. Thank you so much Vince for all you help and all the others who helped us through the car buying process. I would highly recommend them. More

Raj was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable about the MDX and spent the right amount of time explaining all the new features in the 2022 MDX. It is always a pleasure dealing with Precision Acura of the MDX and spent the right amount of time explaining all the new features in the 2022 MDX. It is always a pleasure dealing with Precision Acura of Princeton. We are long-time customers of this dealership; Eric as the General Sales Manager always has everything in order for the transaction and ensures his sales team is always ready for a smooth transaction when we come in. Dealt with Mike in Finance for the first time and he was very pleasant and had all the financing paperwork ready and went through it professionally and quickly. Allan runs a high-quality service team that always has the cars professionally cared for and cleaned when we have service. Since I brought my car for service in 2018, I'm always having issues. Had to go back twice because they didnt do the transmission service correctly. Went in for brakes, left there with 3 lug nuts, where a having issues. Had to go back twice because they didnt do the transmission service correctly. Went in for brakes, left there with 3 lug nuts, where are the other two? And that is a safety concern. At the end of 2018, I called them about a TSB about certain vehicles are burning excessive oil. They told me no, you're car isn't burning oil, (in aggressive manner)... well how would they know that if they haven't checked my oil? After that, I'm getting oil messages on my dash. Went in, they told me it was my oil pressure sensor. I replaced that. Lights came back on.. they said nothing, just reset it, so I let it go. Months later I did an oil change, same day, my oil light came on. They said is my oil pressure sensor.. Again? Now you're pulling thing out your butt! I brought up the TBS, and finally almost near the dead line, they started to a oil consumption test. An oil consumption test is to tell how much of the oil your vehicle is burning. You're supposed to change the oil and its filter, &come back every 1000-1500miles 3 separate times. I've talked to Allen, the director of service, and told me NO ACURA dealership changes the oil and filter when doing an oil consumption test. I just called Davis Acura.. and they agreed that YOU ARE IN FACT SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THE OIL AND THE FILTER. I knew that as well, I worked as a service advisor at other dealerships and have a degree in automotive. So for Allen to LAUGH over the phone talking about no, they are not suppose to change the oil and filter, seems not only foolish, but ignorant as well. A small dealership with a small team, will rush your vehicle in and out. Rushing only brings us back and upset! And they do not want to handle warranty work because how little of a team they have. The dealership gets paid for warranty work! I can provide pictures of my same oil filter I brought in may, and my automotive degree! Oh and if you give them bad reviews, they will deleted/ replace your emails, so you wont give them a bad review and it wont affect their bonuses! And please dont try to contact me because I rated you a low star, Allen laughed at me.. hopefully he's laughing at this. && Ladies, because careful with the bs that comes out of their mouth. They only sell you things that you don't need! As a female, reason why I went to automotive school. More
