Our salesperson, Alana, was very helpful and courteous. She knew so much about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. Even though the overall purchase took longer than expected due to an unexpected personnel outage, Alana and the manager were very personable and apologized for the delay and made sure our needs were cared for the entire time. The finance man was also extremely courteous and very straightforward to deal with. I appreciated his “no xx” way of handling our deal.
