I entered the dealership looking for a Toyota Highlander to get out of my nightmare CarMax car. I went to look at two used Highlanders when Alvin came walking out. He was so kind but when it came to some te to get out of my nightmare CarMax car. I went to look at two used Highlanders when Alvin came walking out. He was so kind but when it came to some tech questions or questions about the car in general, he didn't know. (It is my first Highlander. I don't know how to operate it.) I went on a test drive and knew I was taking a grey 21 Highlander XLE with the XP package home. We did the finance application and I had my new car in about 1 hour (I was there all day but that was my fault) He even showed the maintenance records on the car for an added piece of mind! Alvin was so kind, he even followed me to CarMax as I went to return the car that I had for only a week. Then we went back to where he installed my plate. My only critique is that he didn't show me anything about the car, luckily I figured most things out pretty fast, but there are things I still don't understand. Other than that, it was an excellent buying experience, I have been to so many dealerships, Toyota and Lexus are absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. I absolutely LOVE my Highlander! More

I have lived in Stuart Fl. 5 years and have travelled the last 4 months looking for a Toyota. Finally went to Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart and met Alvin who in turn introduc 5 years and have travelled the last 4 months looking for a Toyota. Finally went to Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart and met Alvin who in turn introduced us to Bobby Roderick the sales manager. Alvin was fantastic and we had the opportunity to interact with Bobby Roderick and it was an amazing meeting. Found our vehicle paid what we wanted. Bobby and Alvin went about and beyond to please us. Both guys have a great demeanor and personality. For the first time (I'm 66 yrs old) I walked away feeling good, rather than being screwed over. I highly recommend this dealership and if you can meet Bobby and have Alvin your sales guy. If you are looking for a pushy salesman it is NOT Alvin. He couldn't be more laid back. If you are there you have to assume you're looking to buy a car. More

Leaving this dealership, I was extremely happy with my new mid size SUV ..the sales team was open minded to what my needs for a new vehicle were, the price, warranty, and listen to me about the style I new mid size SUV ..the sales team was open minded to what my needs for a new vehicle were, the price, warranty, and listen to me about the style I wanted .The warranty is the best you can get on the market and they gave me $2,000.00 above what Car Max offered for my trade in, which made the price work so I could get into the new vehicle that I wanted..not a used vehicle that I would have been stuck with because of price….I was able negotiate with the price. Special thanks to the Sales Rep. Alvin, Sales Manger Bob, and the Finance guy Wally. These guys make a great team and made it a pleasure to do business with the Stuart Toyota dealership.
