I’m pleased with all of you at Boch Honda. Never disappointed. I was recently there and everyone wore masks and had sanitizer available. It comforting and easy. Cost of oil change for Honda Accord at $80 is crazy expensive and when I asked why it’s so expensive no one could explain. (When I take my Subaru to the dealer it costs less than $40) Then having an expensive and when I asked why it’s so expensive no one could explain. (When I take my Subaru to the dealer it costs less than $40) Then having an up charge for credit cards is crazy! Not loving that and of course no one lets you know when you make your apt. Then making the apt is always difficult since it is thru another location and they never check the Westford location info! It’s frustrating Service Dept is variable David Lamb is the guy I try to always see since he is super knowledgeable ( you are fortunate to have him -he is outstanding On the flip side Amanda Grey is terrible and I would never return if she were the only manager there She is not knowledgeable and the danger is that she presents as if she is in the know. More

Happy with service, but generally very slow and definitely too expensive. The costs associated with repairs are consistently 1/3 or more higher than our local respected auto repair garage. My wife and I had a great experience last Saturday when we visited. Amanda was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. We feel as though we saved on some of the deals that were offered. The service at this dealer is well rounded. Staff are friendly, polite and quick to offer service. The work has mostly been routine, but I recently needed a repair that I thought was going to be expensi friendly, polite and quick to offer service. I went in for an inspection sticker and someone to look at my gate. They did a full inspection of the car and found out I needed a new tire rod. That was a big shock to me since I was just there 3 months a at my gate. They did a full inspection of the car and found out I needed a new tire rod. That was a big shock to me since I was just there 3 months ago and no one found this $700 problem. When I was there 3 months ago I received new brakes and rotors. This tire rod should have been caught the first time with the condition the rep made it sound like it was in. Finding out I now how a $700 bill makes you look very shady and untrustworthy. When I brought this up to the service rep she offered a free oil change. She couldn’t give an explanation of why this happened or why it wasn’t found the first time. A free oil change isn’t going to help this problem or help me want to use your service again. I plan on leaving a review on your website as well. It’s very disappointing for a dealership to have this kind of service. More
