BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I truly enjoyed my experience here at Southwest Kia of Dallas. My experience was made because of Amir, A.B., Mustafa, as well as the finance manager. I truly enjoyed my experience here at Southwest Kia of Dallas. My experience was made because of Amir, A.B., Mustafa, as well as the finance manager. I was fellow car salesman at a highly rated dealership, and I know how long this process can take. Also I know how hectic things can be, but sure enough Southwest Kia of Dallas was without a doubt the best dealership that I have ever been to. Most of the time when you buy a car you spend most of your day there, but I was in and out within 1 hour and minutes. I personally owe a HUGE THANKS to all of the men above. Without them I would not be here today with my beautiful new vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle I wouldn't go anywhere else, but Southwest Kia of Dallas. More

Awful My son and I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul in December. We originally went in the dealership to look at a 2017 white soul that had some miles on it and wa My son and I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul in December. We originally went in the dealership to look at a 2017 white soul that had some miles on it and was told there was no way we could get financed because the amount was only 13,500 but they could put us in this green 2017 soul. This is called the bait and switch which is illegal. We purchased the 2017 green soul as my sons first purchase of a car only to find out last week how badly we had been taken by this dealership. My son was hit in the passenger side rear so we took it to a repair shop only to find out this car had been severely hail damaged but was sold to us as new and this information was never disclosed. Again this is very illegal, but they did a great job taking advantage of a women and her teenage son. I contact the dealership and was told to bring the car in on Friday to speak with the General Manager Amer Husseini. I show up and he is off site shooting a commercial. I am told to return on Saturday morning at 9. Once again I show up and he is not present. After waiting for an hour he shows looks at the vehicle and sees all of the damage that was NEVER disclosed and tells me to go home think about what I want and to call him Monday to let him know. I try calling today and guess what? I am not able to get a hold of him. This car will never be able to be sold and not loose his rear end. I have purchased several cars and never be so taken advantage of before. Not to mention when you look up the vehicle information from the VIN number there is also no record there of the hail damage on this car. I was told by the general manager that I was correct they did not disclose that the car was hail damaged at the time of purchase. More

Amazed and humbled!!!! I can't say enough about this particular Kia dealership!!! The experience I had was both amazing and incredible humbling, I loved dealing with Amir(Ge I can't say enough about this particular Kia dealership!!! The experience I had was both amazing and incredible humbling, I loved dealing with Amir(General Manager), Noah(Sales Rep) and Rudy(Finance Manager)!!!! My story is super long and will not bore you with all the details but I will say that each of these individuals did all they could and even more with getting me the car (Kia Soul) I wanted for past 3 years but for one reason or another unable to until now!!! As a customer, I thought all car dealerships were the same (even other Kia dealerships, which I had been a customer from for years).... all about sell the car and getting my money... that was Not the case at Southwest Kia!!!! In fact, with the deal I received, they Lost money just to get the best deal for Me!!! That's why I felt humbled!!!! From beginning til ending, each person whom I had the pleasure of dealing with were polite, respectful, understanding, personable, friendly and Helariously funny!!!! If you're looking for a Kia Vehicle or just want to hang out on a Friday night with some cool guys.... please, please swing by Southwest KIA in Dallas and say hello to my friends....Noah/Amir/Rudy and the gang, I promise you will Not be disappointed!!!!
