We just purchased a new grand Highlander from Fed Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, and we had the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle that I can remember,our sales person. First experience purchasing a new car. Ended up placing deposit to order exactly what I wanted. Entire experience from placing deposit to taking delivery of vehicle was seamless. He thoroughly explained the process and stayed in regular contact until car arrived at dealership. Andre made sure to explain all the vehicle features and ensured all my questions were answered prior to me driving off the lot. Omar in the finance office explained the process from the finance end and answered all questions thoroughly. Fred Anderson also offered a fair price on my trade in. More
