Absolutely terrible service department! Don't respond or communicate with customers as promised. We have been waiting for months for a response from Andres regarding our repairs. Contacted the leadership team and they also are not helpful or responsive. We purchased the car believing in the services related to being a Genesis dealer and they have not lived up to the expectations. Truly disappointing. More
