Natalie Ippolito was amazing to work with. The experience showed me the dealership cares more about the customer than their bottom line. I told the dealer that we were emotionally drained due to experience showed me the dealership cares more about the customer than their bottom line. I told the dealer that we were emotionally drained due to a family member passing and they not only showed genuine care, but made us all feel like our experience mattered. And I want to add that we purchased a lower end SUV and the experience was at the level of what you expect when you buy a high end model.
