He emailed me a Personalized Video of everything on the exterior and Interior! He was in constant contact with me answering any questions I had. Further, if he didn't know the answer, he contacted the right person who could answer my question. A special "shout out" to Steven Aylward who worked on his day off to help "finish" the paperwork! My purchase of the vehicle went well and I would highly recommend this dealership!!! More

We visited the dealership without an appointment and were guided to Mitchell Wolf, Sales Consultant. Mitch has excellent product knowledge and led us to selecting the GLC 300 locating a new vehicle (meeting our specifications) that was still at processing center. Mitch also negotiated with local vendor for installation of a trailer hitch. Working with Mitch was the most positive experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle. His sales manager, Doug Horner was equally polite and professional in helping us. The product expert checking us out was very helpful and professional although we cannot remember his name. The ladies at the coffee counter were great! More

Since purchasing my car a week ago, I've had several questions that Marlon, Doug Horner and Matt Frazier have responded to right away. Adam Essa did a great job of walking me through every detail of the vehicle, his knowledge of the car was great but his ability to show me how to use some functions that I would have never figured out was even better!
