Excellent service! Matt took care of us and was extremely helpful in choosing the right Lexus RX. The experience was amazing. The dealership set the appropriate expectations with regards to delivery date. Some features like 6.6kw module lacks the level 2 power cable needed to use it and the trunk area is missing a carpet. I needed a part for my Lexus and ordered it by phone. Picked the part up on Wednesday, the very next day. Andrew located the part I ordered and was excellent in explaining to me the exact way to have the Picked the part up on Wednesday, the very next day. Andrew located the part I ordered and was excellent in explaining to me the exact way to have the part installed and made a special trip to my car to make sure it was the very one I needed. He went out of his way to make sure that was all I needed and offered me a bottle of water while I was there. Andrew is absolutely a Great Asset to your dealership for above and beyond service. There are so many things that I can say about this dealership and my salesman Matt Long. Most importantly Matt was assertive, prompt and patient. Being that I am a very particular/picky person, Matt was patient with me and my uncertainties didnt seem to bother him. He was always in a happy upbeat mood. He provided several contact numbers and was always available for questions/concerns. Overall, this is a superb dealership with great people... I traveled over 2,000 miles to do business with Metro Lexus (Brookpark Rd). Very comfortable experience and I will be back 2,000 miles or more!
