I live in Camas Washington, and seen Coulter's advertisement for a used 2012 CTS Wagon, looked very nice but I'm 1000 miles away. I had a friend staying in Phoenix, so I asked him to check the car advertisement for a used 2012 CTS Wagon, looked very nice but I'm 1000 miles away. I had a friend staying in Phoenix, so I asked him to check the car out and test drive it. He called and said if I didn't buy it, he would. I flew into Phoenix, met Andrew and drove home. Andrew showed me the car, talked to me about it and asked me to contact him after I had driven it. The car was everything it was said to be and more, with a few personal upgrades this will be a great looking ride for years to come. I will endorse Coulter Cadillac and Andrew Emerson! More

Crystal was awesome, she accommodated all my needs, I sent all document she needed and all I needed to do was show and sign. I had gone online to work out all the details of the car I wanted and the trade-in for my car. The site set the appointment for a different dealership, but the car wasn't there and wouldn't be available to I wanted and the trade-in for my car. So, I called the dealership where the car was actually located and Andrew and the General Manager Paul honored the deal and the financing terms of zero percent financing. Andrew was so friendly and empathetic and he knew I didn't want to be in the dealership that long. I was in and out of there in about two hours or less on Christmas Eve. I love the car I bought, the trade in value for my car, and the financing. Everyone was so nice and knew I didn't want to be there because of the holiday. Try to get Andrew as a sales person, he's awesome! More
