My bf and I had been shopping around and I will say they have the best CUSTOMER SERVICE and so efficient an I had the MOST incredible experience here! My bf and I had been shopping around and I will say they have the best CUSTOMER SERVICE and so efficient and welcoming. If you need a new BMW I would hands down send you to them. Starting from walking in, to being greeted, to test driving and then finally closing on the car I am IN LOVE WITH!!! I can't thank Andrew Krier and Frank Muto for all of your help. It was time for my wife to get a new vehicle and my original lease was up, but they made the experience easy and no hassle, I strongly recommend stopping by looking at what they have in stock and taking some test drives. I highly recommend working with Andrew. Lisa Puggi was a pleasure to work with and was an expert in her area. She kept the process moving efficiently and with a sense of humor so I wasn't bogged down with paperwork or delayed in processing AND even laughed a few times. She made me feel right at home. Mike Todak, GSM, and his team of professionals delivered a highly professional yet casual environment that made me feel more like I was at a lounge than at a car dealership making a large purchase. Mike and team did an amazing job of removing the usual auto dealership rigamarole and focused on the customer.
