Overall pretty seamless process. Tina and Andrew were great. Only hiccup was their inability to transfer a title from the vehicle owner to the purchaser (to apply trade in value to Tina and Andrew were great. Only hiccup was their inability to transfer a title from the vehicle owner to the purchaser (to apply trade in value to new car) but that wasn’t a huge deal as we just had the owner of the trade in co-buy. Not a big deal though! Would buy from them again More
