Groove needs a better sales office. Check out Hueberger in Colorado Springs for ideas. There needs to be a better explanation of how the final cost of the vehicle was derived. Mai Sheath was very nice but her very strong accent made communications difficult, and we did not understand all of our options. Ryan was wonderful and did everything that he could to make sure that we found the car that we needed. For purchasing a $40,000, car we thought that the amenities were a little bit on the low end. They didn't even have any cold sodas, just water. Pretty low end! More

Joe Canny was a great sales representative! On the other hand, when sitting down with the Finance person, Mai it was a total nightmare. She talks in circles, pushes hard fear-based selling, dra On the other hand, when sitting down with the Finance person, Mai it was a total nightmare. She talks in circles, pushes hard fear-based selling, draws a million doodles, squiggles and illegible garbage on paper trying to push the highest price extra service plans. Multiple times we had to tell her we wanted to see prices of packages, and she kept going rounds with circular stories and 'what if' scenarios. She'd throw pictures of engines at you, pressure you to pay now and avoid tens of thousands in repairs later. She's a chaos engine and I'm so happy we never have to see her again!!!! More

I wasn’t interested in any of the additions but that portion was dragged out trying to add on those items. I’d only suggest trying to shorten the amount of time it takes to complete sale. 3-4 hours is a lot of time for a busy family where most of these details can be done online. More
