But Andy handled it expediently and with a great deal of professionalism. Inheriting a less than ideal situation, Andy performed extremely gracious under pressure. He took care of all issues very quickly and I am grateful that he took control of the situation and followed through with it. Keep up the good work, Andy. Also, the service department manager, Tony Lombardo, went well above and beyond the call of duty to assure total satisfaction. Good job, Tony. I'll see you for my next service issue. More
