In short, I could not find anything about Andy that was not outstanding. Never have worked with a better sales person in all my experiences. I have not purchased a new car for over 30 years. Usually I have bought newer used cars. After doing way too much research on brands and models of cars, I went to 3 local dealerships to try and get Usually I have bought newer used cars. After doing way too much research on brands and models of cars, I went to 3 local dealerships to try and get closer to a decision. Fitzgerald Subaru was far superior in many areas. Firstly, was my salesperson, Andy Stahl. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and all of the particulars, but he was patient, not pushy, and dealt with me how I would deal with someone. I actually was back and forth to this dealership 7 to 8 times before I finally purchased our 2013 Outback. Even after the sale, Andy called on 3 different times to see how things were. I have gone back every now and then for Andy to show me or my wife how to set up bluetooth, etc., as was his suggestion. The people who completed the paperwork were also awesome and were very helpful. And finally I was very impressed when the General Manager came up to my wife and me to thank us for our business and to let us know that if there were any issues in the future, that he was there to make things right. I think the GM's name was Bob Smith, but I'm not sure. When we are in the market for a new car, or even a used one, I will return to Fitzgerald.
