I would have rated higher but the service guy said the oil changes had gone up.. but when I compared my previous receipts.. I saw where I had been charged for extra stuff that had not been discussed. I'm disappointed that initially I had to communicate via text about my vehicle with a service person. Also I was giving a price via text of 3,000 dollars to repair my air-conditioning in my vehicle. The text also stated that the windshield might break. I called to talk with a person and was told that I would be responsible for the windshield if it breaks. I still can't get no understanding about having to pay for something I did not break. My windshield is not broken, so if it breaks, I feel that I should not be responsible. I was also told that a windshield would cost about 800 dollars. 4000 dollars to fix air-conditioning is ludicrous, and yet I spent 223 dollars on a diagnostic. I wish I could have my air-conditioning fixed, but the prices are unreasonable. I am a unhappy customer. More

The only reason I brought my truck back into your shop was because I had my transmission worked on about two months ago, and you did not identify that my serpentine belt was shredded and half the width th was because I had my transmission worked on about two months ago, and you did not identify that my serpentine belt was shredded and half the width that it was supposed to be.
