I purchased my vehicle from here I thought and felt it was a good experience untill I started getting my notices from banks some denials that weren't denials to find out I had more options for financing b was a good experience untill I started getting my notices from banks some denials that weren't denials to find out I had more options for financing but I was never offered or discussed my other options. So now I am really upset cause I'm pretty sure my payments could have been better. Why not offer more options even if there may have been down payments or shorter terms or longer terms how do they know if I would have chosen the option they gave me. Then I ask for a spare key to be included. The salesman said not a problem. But then the finance office wouldn't honor that and said I would get it at cost. I said I only wanted a key then I go in and they charge me for a key and a fob. I paid but was not happy. For what it cost I could have gotten both locally cheaper. Only thanks I have was Angie at the front desk she kept me calm and kept me happy. She has great communication and awsem customer service. She is the reason I have them another chance. More

Took my 13 Silverado in a week ago for a oil pressure problem and alternator problem. Got my truck back dec 18 3025. To having a new alternator installed and it was over charging I took it back and they problem and alternator problem. Got my truck back dec 18 3025. To having a new alternator installed and it was over charging I took it back and they inform me ity battery is bad. I took it to two parts stores to have it tested and two other shops to have the battery test good and the alternator over charging. They charged me an additional 99.95. I'm xxxxxx cause it wasn't the problem and even if so they had installed the alternator wouldn't they have checked it while they had it and not charged me th e additional money. I will not recommend this shop to anyone and I will be discussing it with people I know that go there to stop going there. As this is not right to treat a customer this way. On top of that when I try to talk to the manager he just ignores my calls and switches me to someone else to not deal with it. More

Thanks to angie at front desk I decided to go back and give them another shot. I walked in and Angie talked to me like a real person made up my mind to give them another try. Got to a AJ the salesman. I was for the most part happy with him except at the final part of making deal I said I would do the deal if I got a second key. He agreed but when it came time to do paperwork I was told I have to pay for second key. Then I had a couple offers but only got offered one and no discussion on the second option. So as long as u don't care about ur options it great but if u want options be aware of the sales team. But Angie made it a very comfortable experience and was excellent so I do thank her for getting me in the door and helping me and recommending them to me to purchase my vehicle More

Purchased a 2021 chrysler pacifica at the beginning of October 2025, once I had vehicle home for a couple of weeks, wanted the steering wheel heater and found it inoperable. After checking fuse which was October 2025, once I had vehicle home for a couple of weeks, wanted the steering wheel heater and found it inoperable. After checking fuse which was good i had a diagnostic report run and came to find the van had 9 faults one being the steering wheel heater. I contacted the dealership to ask them why these codes were present on a certified used van they had sold me. The service rep informed me that they had no record of a diagnostic being run prior to selling the car. Then I contacted the sales manager who basically told me that the codes must have happened in the three weeks that i had owned it and it was my problem even though they had no hard evidence that the car was code free when they sold it! So bottom line now i have to take it to a dealer near me (the dealer i bought it from is 3 hours away) and spend a $100 for the deductible and out the use of the car while they fix the issues that should have been taken care of by Austin chrysler motors in Austin Minnesota. They sell cars but DON'T stand behind them!!! More

My experience was very pain-free and hasslefree. They did exactly what they said they would do and their timing was perfect.. I came in for an oil change and other services, and as always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now thi always, I was pleased. Still not happy about the piece missing from my car that was removed without having a replacement piece available, but now this has become a Ford issue. I would hope that in the future, when a recall is called for, there is more consideration taken whether or not the recall part is in stock and can be replaced before arbitrarily removing a piece. I am not happy that I have a piece of tape now protecting my car but it is what it is. Overall though, I was happy with this experience. More
