Like most of you, I have dealt with a lot of car sales organizations. The entire team at Carnival Kia Franklin that I dealt with, from GM Tracy, to the fabulous Kurt Lytle, to Tim and Tabitha in Finance, organizations. The entire team at Carnival Kia Franklin that I dealt with, from GM Tracy, to the fabulous Kurt Lytle, to Tim and Tabitha in Finance, and finally to the supreme Anya in Service, was nothing short of exemplary. In fact, I will put it this way; I felt more like I was at a family reunion than at a car dealership. The best part of all was Tracy and Kurt made good on a promise of some service that was a few weeks "post-sale", and this has NOT been my experience when dealing with other dealerships that were also "great guys" - up until the sale. I should add that they are dealing in as good a car make as any these days. Kia today truly is like Honda was in the 80's: a price, product and service unmatched, whereas Honda is now clearly years beyond their peak in those areas. I will be dealing with these guys as long as I live in Middle Tennessee- and maybe afterwards! More

Anje is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help solve your problem. Her great personality and ease to talk to made made for a wonderful service experience. This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I take my vehicle in for service regularly which I have never done with past vehicles. Anje is always so wonderful to work with as well as Sean. From hearing about my experience with this dealership, I have 3 neighbors who have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 3 months! If only they would have listened to my request to give them a referral! However, I understand that if you aren't in sales yourself, you sometimes forget the importance of referrals. I won't be taking my car anywhere else for service as long as this wonderful team is there to work with me! More

My experience with Carnival Kia Franklin has been great. The salesman was informative and was able to get a lower interest rate than I could have gotten at the credit union. The service staff found two recall items and they were fixed on the same visit. There was some wear and tear on the shift knob and this was covered by the 2 year warranty. The part was ordered and replaced quickly on my next visit. Overall I am very pleased with the dealership. A bluetooth button on the steering wheel was defective and was replaced under warranty also. More

we have had a great a great experience so far with the entire dealership. we bought the car in Apri2011 and have had all our services performed there. the chick in the service dept. is exceptional! i thin entire dealership. we bought the car in Apri2011 and have had all our services performed there. the chick in the service dept. is exceptional! i think her name is Onya or something like that. They are always nice and does their work in a timely manner even on Saturdays. i would reccommend this dealer to anyone wanting new or used Kia. More

my overall experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. My only issue was it cost me way more than I was expecting. Most of this could not be helped.
