Very happy to have a Carnival Kia close to my home in Franklin. Same excellent customer service and attitudes. It almost makes taking my car in for service a pleasure. It's a newer and clean dealership. The sales guy (Brad) that we bought our Sorento from was very friendly and fit our style. As soon as we walked in to the service department,we were greeted with excellent service and SMILES!!! Came in for oil change,the tech found one of my tires had nail in it offered to fix with only minimal ti greeted with excellent service and SMILES!!! I was very happy with the service I am receiving from Anje in the service department as a single woman repair shops can be very intimidating but she made me feel at ease even though my car is till there Anje in the service department as a single woman repair shops can be very intimidating but she made me feel at ease even though my car is till there with an issue they are trying to figure out I have no doubts it will have a good outcome. Anje went over and above by even checking my battery herself to see if that could be my problem which was needing to be replaced anyway while they were fixing a recall on my car, she even noticed when I tried to start my car it still was having the issue and came out to the parking lot to have another look. I wish all service departments had employees like her. More

Anje Clay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was at Carnival Kia in Franklin to get first oil change and service. I was there less than an hour. Really fast service.
