We did not plan on buying a Subaru on Saturday and had planned on checking out several other vehicles however with her easygoing non-pushy style, we felt comfortable enough to really look at the vehicle and take our time - eventually falling in love with it. She made everything easy, kept the process moving and really bent over backwards for us as we bounced around to several different trim levels. Overall we got a GREAT DEAL, had excellent service and a A+ experience working with Ann. We will definitely spread the word. More

I know I'll enjoy this car more than my previous Outbacks because I already know how everything works! Ann answered all my questions. She also took me over to the Service Department and introduced me to Lisa. Lisa gave me a rundown on the 1000 mile check up and basically welcomed me to service. This was the best car buying experience I've had. Once we settled on the car, Eileen walked us through the paperwork. The whole process was stress free and relaxed. More
