I wrote a review for this dealership over 6 years ago and have had a great relationship with them ever since. I have recently purchased a new Volkswagen and traded in my old one and my opinion has not chang have had a great relationship with them ever since. I have recently purchased a new Volkswagen and traded in my old one and my opinion has not changed. The particular car I bought was very hard to come by and, based on forum discussions, many dealerships we’re charging many thousands of dollars over MSRP. Morong stuck to their promise and did not inflate the price. Plus, the trade-in value I got for my car was very reasonable in spite of this. These people really care about their customers. My sales contact over all these years has been Andy. As I said in my earlier review, it’s like buying a car from your brother (I’m assuming you have a nice brother)! Sometimes I catch him working on my behalf when he is “off the clock”. Can’t say enough about Andy and the folks at Morong Falmouth Volkswagen. More

Morong helped me pick the right car. I bought a 2019 Mazda 6 from Norma King at Morong-Falmouth. It was a good car at a fair price, but my back was bad and would not accept the driver's seat. After three months, Norma agreed to take the car as a trade-in, again at a fair price; and she helped me find an Audi, imported from another dealership, with a seat that was better for my back. Throughout, she was sympathetic to my plight and assured me that her primary concern was to get me into the car that was best for me. Other employees were similarly helpful. After this experience, I highly recommend Morong-Falmouth to anyone looking to buy a car. More

My first experience exceeded my expectations with attention to my personal requests, the ability to receive both a fair price on my trade-in and a great price on the new one. Dan Dunham assisted me at that time. Over the next several years I had my car serviced at this dealership and experienced promptness, efficiency, and quality workmanship. When it came time to trade in my vehicle I did not hesitate to return and again Dan was my salesperson. This time, I visited the dealership 3 days in a row and was treated as if I was one of the family - in fact two employees actually offered me pizza at lunch time! I drove several vehicles until Dan helped me find the one that suited me and supported my specific seating requirements. This took a lot of time and patience - Dan, Anne Cote and Jordan Lee Bolduc provided me with an opportunity to select just the right vehicle. As a customer, I have never been treated with such wonderful service from any other organization and it is obvious that their culture is one of assuring their customers are happy - I highly recommend this dealership! We really appreciated the no pressure atmosphere, but he also made it clear he wanted to earn our business. They really worked hard to make the sale happen. Volkswagen has done an excellent job with this car.... style, responsiveness and interior finish are all superior. And the “transferable 72 month/72,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty should help keep the trade in value of the small suv higher than others. Norma and Anne were extremely helpful, responsive and transparent. They gave me their best trade in value for my Volvo right up front compared to another dealer who lowballed the first offer and kept calling back with small increased offers.
