NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Looking for a new car has been a nightmare. The lack of customer service out there is unreal. So, it is time to start calling these dealers out. I found a vehicle on their website and made an inquiry via their website. Heard nothing back for days. Finally got an email from Annie saying that she wanted to be sure all of my questions had been answered. Ummm NOOOO. Nobody bothered to respond. I emailed her back and told her so and SHE DID NOT RESPOND. Then I get an email from Anthony, the General Manager telling me how important my business is! LOL I email him back. NO RESPONSE! Then I get an email from Bryan saying that he had emailed in response to my inquiry. NOOOOO you did not email me. So, I email him back and tell him that he had not emailed and that nobody had responded to me and how terrible their customer service is. I HEAR NOTHING BACK FROM HIM EITHER! Then I get an email from Victoria, the Internet Sales Manager and she apologizes and tells me that this is not the way they do business and still wants to earn my business! This email from her is included in the thread of my emails to them so she has seen them all. I email her back and guess what...NOTHING! NO REPSONSE! I wait another day and email her again and again...NO RESPONSE. I have never seen anything like it. More

From the moment I called the dealer I was tre This is not my 1st purchase, I switch cars every 2-3 years and I can actually say I found my dealership. From the moment I called the dealer I was treated with respect and professionalism. I spoke to Annie who gave me all the information I needed without trying to hide prices . I was set with an appointment and when I arrived they were ready for me. My vehicle was ready for me to take for a test drive and I didn't feel any pressure from the sales associate or the manager. The finance department was very informative and explained different ways to protect my investment instead of selling me everything they had to offer I was explained and I was able to pick what I needed. I was also introduced to the service department who set my first appointment for service at my request. Not to mention that my business was appreciated by the owner Pete who made it clear I was not just a number in his books. I recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to be treated as a person and not just a number. More

Excellent service I brought my car in for service and they were very helpful. I'm a woman and I don't know that much about cars but they walked me through step-by-step I brought my car in for service and they were very helpful. I'm a woman and I don't know that much about cars but they walked me through step-by-step what I needed to have done. And it cost way less than what they told me at tire Kingdom. I would definitely recommend them. More
