Fantastic experience buying my Crosstrek Anson was extremely helpful and patient while helping me with my Outback trade-in and looking at different models in the freezing cold. From the moment we entered the Subaru dealership, Anson welcomed us with a warm smile and asked if we needed any assistance. He was very helpful and patient for the whole process of purchasing our new car. He explained all of the various aspects of each car we saw, and what made each car different from another model. He made sure to check that we understood everything there was in the every model, so we were sure when we made our final decision. He answered all of our questions fully, and was very friendly and welcoming. At the end of the process, he was clear and concise with all of the paperwork, walked us through each of the manuals, and how to connect an iPod or use Bluetooth in our car. Overall, we very much enjoyed the process of buying our car through Anson, and it couldn't have been better! Thank you so much, Anson! More

I will say that my first interaction with the dealership was not a positive one, but I realize the New Year's Eve afternoon is a busy time. I contacted Jaime Dent who made me feel that it was an aberration and that the staff would demonstrate that fact if I returned. She kept in e-mail contact with me through the process. I recently purchased a Subaru with the assistance of Anson Lee Sam at Stohlman's Vienna location. He was friendly and inviting. He listened to my description of what I wanted in a vehicle. He took into account my research prior to coming to the dealership. He was ethical in making sure that no fellow sales person was being shortchanged. He provided his time and expertise during my search of possible vehicles on the lot. He made the process straight forward and made me feel that he was looking out for my best interest. Once I selected a vehicle he acted in good faith during the negotiation process. During the purchase he explained the procedures and assisted with the introductions to the financial staff. He then provided me with an introduction to the vehicle operation and documentation. He answered my questions after the sale and upon delivery of the license plates. The finance department went out of their way to find a good finance deal which required a couple of visits with them and in the end got a good rate. During some of my waiting time I got a bottle of water in the service department where Ahmad Sabah introduced himself and spoke about the service department and its operation which gave me the sense that my vehicle would be well cared for in the future. He kept us informed on a weekly basis of the stock availability. I love my 2014 Subaru Forrester. Great visibility, comfort, and pick up. Stohlman worked with me on my trade-in and provided a fair value. Pricing was straight-forward. According to the USAA car-buying service, their pricing was rated good. This is the second Subaru that we have bought from this Stohlman dealership and both experiences were excellent. I look forward to attending the new owner workshop. More

Our purchase experience this year (and 4 times in the past) was very gratifying. We had an older Legacy with over 220k miles on it and we "dropped by" Stohlman to see what was available in the Subaru lin past) was very gratifying. Anson was very patient with our questions relating to how the current models differed from one another and gamely suffered three test drives back-to-back before we made our decision. Once we decided to purchase a new 2014 Legacy the remainder of the process moved smoothly along. We did not intend to purchase a new car when we rolled onto the lot that Friday afternoon, but the warmth and professionalism of Anson and the rest of the staff, convinced us that it was time for us to trade up. Why do we recommend Stohlman and why do we give it the highest rating we can? Because they care about us (not just the vehicles and the sales)! Even the post purchase follow up has made us feel like we are special. More

Anson was friendly, understanding and patient. I had to wait for my STi to arrive from Japan, and he touched based regularly, keeping me up to date. I really like how Stolhman is run, and appreciate the family and welcoming vibe that the salesmen give off. No sleezy stereotypes here. Christina was also very helpful at explaining everything that needed to be signed, and about any of the extras. She wasn't pushy and worked with what I had to make sure I got what I wanted and not anything I didn't want, or really need. Overall I felt very comfortable, which is a good feeling when you are about to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a brand new car! More
