Anthony Aguilar was super attentive, he listened to me when I told him exactly what I wanted. He then proceeded to get me what I requested in a very short amount of time, he remained in constant communica when I told him exactly what I wanted. He then proceeded to get me what I requested in a very short amount of time, he remained in constant communication with me even though I was being a pest. Anthony was great from start to finish. Anthony's great service is reason i would recommend business to friends and family. Experience with Finance Manager German was worst experience Anthony's great service is reason i would recommend business to friends and family. Experience with Finance Manager German was worst experience I've had with all my car purchases so far and honestly any purchase transaction. Would never recommend any friends or family to have paperwork processed with german and would have finance paperwork filled out with credit unions and come back with check. Almost canceled entrie process due to this experience. More

Arrived at service center. No one greeted or acknowledged me. Had to ask rep if I was in the right area. Eventually they took in my car. Was told I’d receive a call once servic No one greeted or acknowledged me. Had to ask rep if I was in the right area. Eventually they took in my car. Was told I’d receive a call once service was done. Waited 4-5 hours came back and asked if vehicle was ready, again was ignored. Rep said that the car had been finished awhile ago but I was never notified. Absolute one star service, felt very uncomfortable and always just trying to speak to anyone. Wasted time waiting when I could have been told my car was ready at least one hour before. I hope to never have to deal with this dealership ever again. Have better service for the people who have purchased vehicles and not just the ones who are looking to buy. More
