Went in yesterday to discuss trading in my car due to deal that they were running. Ran our credit went through the whole process, finance manager said we needed to wait until today for the office to open deal that they were running. Promised us that the deal would go through and they would call us in the morning. No call so we called waited for call backs never came, went in and they immediately said they won’t give us the deal. Been a Kia customer for years two cars from them never missed a payment. Disappointed in the service we received lack of communication and false promises More
