I have purchased 2 cars from Criswell in the past and had great experiences both times. After a poor experience with my last new car purchase at a different dealership I decided to come back to Criswell to o great experiences both times. They made the ordering process easy and hassle free, my salesman Anthony Vattuone stayed in communication with me and kept me informed throughout the process from order to delivery, and they were upfront and fair with pricing. Not only was he easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive, but he went above and pleased to do this for Anthony Vattuone at Criswell. Not only was he easy to work with, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive, but he went above and beyond in helping me navigate the Bolt recall. It's easy for things to go well when you are buying a car, but the real test is what happens when something goes wrong. Anthony and his sales manager Bart Fox actively worked to address my problem. I was impressed and would make them a first stop when I'm in the market for a new car. More

Having previously owned a 1977 Corvette (when I met my wife) I've always hoped for another one. When we made the decision to get a NEW one I reached out to Criswell Chevrolet's GM Jason Witte and Anthony wife) I've always hoped for another one. When we made the decision to get a NEW one I reached out to Criswell Chevrolet's GM Jason Witte and Anthony Vattuone. Both Jason and Anthony couldn't have been more dedicated to fulfilling our dream of a new Corvette. They treated us like family with constant status updates and a warm greeting the day of delivery. Anthony even ventured out into the rain to take pictures of our car being taken off the truck so that I could see it for the first time! Finally, the sales process couldn't have been any easier. From signing paperwork with Pete to receiving valuable training from Anthony on the 2022 Corvette's operational features. Hands-down, the BEST vehicle purchase experience I've ever had.....and I've had many. Thank you Jason, Anthony and Mr. Harry Criswell for everything! More
