This dealer advertised a price online for a vehicle then added on a lot of costs when it came time to purchase the vehicle. That is a violation of our state’s DMV laws. They then sent a coupon via mail and email for an oil change for $49.95 and then when I got to the dealership they said that it would be $79.95 for the oil change after I drove 30 miles. I canceled the appointment and drove back home. I will never deal with this dealership again! More

This dealership once would have received 5* but on my last visit 1/26/22 for 25,000 miles service with tire rotation, when I noticed 1/27/22, the tires had not been rotated. I was thinking about changing last visit 1/26/22 for 25,000 miles service with tire rotation, when I noticed 1/27/22, the tires had not been rotated. I was thinking about changing dealers for services but will try once more and one more thing, I referred my daughter for a new vehicle which she purchased a vehicle, but I found out 1/26/22 that the referral initiative had been discontinued and no one from the dealership bothered to inform customers, that's sad. If the "new dealership owner" continue with this type of service, they may be losing a lot of potential business. I'm now wondering "if" a balance I have of a prior referral will be honored? I hope my honesty will qualify me for the gift. More
